明济生物制药（北京）有限公司于2014年创立于美国旧金山，中国现有两个办公地址，位于北京大兴区华润生命科学产业园内的CMC中试生产基地以及北京昌平区北京农学院的研发中心。

公司早期完成的免疫检查点抑制剂( PD-1和PD-L1 )抗体药物开发项目已经成功转让给国内知名上市制药企业，现正处于临床报批阶段。同时公司利用这些技术平台通过我们对肿瘤免疫领域及抗体工程的深刻理解，创新设计开发了多项针对肿瘤及免疫类疾病的创新单克隆抗体及双特异性抗体类药物，建立自己独特的创新药物研发管线。
2018年，明济生物与业内著名的风投公司礼来亚洲合作,完成了上亿元人民币的A轮融资。目前正在推动建立一套完整的抗体药物开发产业链， 涵盖上游抗体药物筛选验证平台，以及下游小试中试、药物分析质控等抗体药物生产平台，以便我们能够快速高效的推动完成具有巨大临床应用前景的创新抗体类药物的临床前研究。我们期望通过创新的精神，不懈的努力，汇集各路英才，研究开发出能够真正满足临床需求及解决病人痛苦的药物，以成长为全球领先的生物制药公司。
