立足商海超過半世紀多的正成影視集團成立於1959年，時至今日已成為攝影與影視市場的龍頭企業。從最初創辦人 丘其明先生最初在台灣台北成立的正成貿易公司，秉持著經營理念─「誠信、創新、專業、服務」，經營X光藥材與代理照相暗房沖洗器材。繼任董事長 陳怡璇女士以集團化方式規劃成立「正成集團」，承襲創辦理念，制訂長遠發展計劃與目標，擴大經營佈局範圍，著重開發影視新市場。在數位影音新趨勢當紅的現在，進一步轉型為「正成影視集團」，進而發展為一個跨足攝影與影視產業、代理品牌超過百種以上的大型跨國集團，站在時代潮流上繼續創造輝煌未來。
正成集團的轉型始於1984年的擴大增資，當時由 丘揚祖先生擔任集團執行長乙職，經營範圍開始大幅擴展，由照相、暗房沖印市場轉入專業攝影領域，代理進口來自歐美的視聽、傳播、燈光設備…等各項知名專業品牌。隨著台灣有線電視台陸續的開放，專業影視市場隨之蓬勃發展，特別引進專業影視廣播器材與消費性數位產品，多元化的影像產業經營與擴大銷售代理，大幅提昇在台灣市場的指名度，成為影視市場的領導企業。
