纳思达科技（大连）有限公司（NETSTECH）（以下简称纳思达）成立于 2011 年，为株式会社ネットスターズ（NETSTARS）全资子公司。是一家专注于科技创新服务, 连接中国与日本、中国与世界的专业化互联网科技企业。
2009年，在日本大型IT企业工作十年的工程师李刚创办了NETSTARS。成立之初即与腾讯公司合作开展国际电话、短信交互平台、网络游戏等业务，之后NETSTARS先后涉足了短视频、游戏、电商和支付业务等诸多领域，经过一系列尝试沉淀和对未来战略评估，最终决定专注于支付领域。
2017年: 纳思达与母公司NETSTARS合作开发移动支付聚合平台“StarPay”；
将微信支付带入日本, 成为支付宝、微信在日本的首批收单业务合作伙伴；
与日本最大电信公司NTT集团等大手企业达成战略合作伙伴关系。
2018年：获得LINE Pay、日本邮政集团、CTC等知名企业融资；
日本政府推进“无现金支付”愿景，StarPay获得快速认可与发展。
2019年：与三井住友、ALSOK、冲绳银行、イオンクレジットサービス等大型企业达成StarPay OEM合作:
获得伊藤忠、T-GAIA、SCSK等著名企业融资。
2020年：获得香港友仑集团（LUN Partners Group）融资。
2021年：获得美国KKR集团、海纳亚洲创投基金（SIG）融资。本轮融资后，公司已累计融资1.3亿美元。
2022年7月：计划于日本上市（券商为日本大和证券）。
如今，StarPay已成为日本最大的聚合支付平台，支持37种日本本土和国际支付手段，接入其聚合支付应用StarPay的商户超过40万家。业务涵盖机场、免税店、餐饮、美业以及运输行业等生活全领域。NETSTARS在深耕日本聚合支付市场的同时已经布局东南亚市场并获得长足进展，为业务全球拓展奠定了坚实基础。
