●袁震天律師於西元2000年創立本所，因與致遠會計師事務所（現更名為安永聯合會計師事務所）之（稅務部門）密切合作，故亦以「致遠」為本所名稱。初以服務上市櫃公司及處理商務、稅務法律案務見長，律師三名。後亦更名為「安永」為本所名稱。
