(주)인터파크 가 아닌 (주)인터파크커머스 자립회사는 최수현 본인이 인터넷 쇼핑을 생각하다가 오피스와 같이 오픈하겠다 마음먹고 시작한 회사이다.
처음에 책 및 여러 문구용품 외 가구등을 온라인에 내놓고 사람들에게 일을 시켜 인터파크 회사를 키우겠다고 생각했는데 직원들이 가구는 안된다고 해서 여러 일상에 필요한 소모품들을 인터넷에 내놓고 팔기 시작했다. Customer Service Phone line부서에서 일을 많이 했고 도왔다. 회장 최수현이 인터넷 사이트를 만들었고 직원들에게 포토샵 및 툴을 가르치고 일을 시켰다. 대표이사 김양선이란 사람이 다소 믿을만하다는 이유로 직책이 높았고 다른 직원들은 시키는 대로 일을 열심히 하는 편이었다. 딜리버리 맡은 사람들은 매우 재미있어 했고 그 당시만 해도 한국 서울에 사람들 중에 일자리를 구하려고 하는 사람들이 다소 있었는데 인터파크커머스 오피스는 꽉 차서 딜리버리쪽 사람들만 구하려고 했었다. 본인 최수현이 여자고 딜리버리맨은 남자가 해야되는 일이라 생각해서 직접 딜리버리맨을 발탁했고 점차 직원들 일로 넘어갔다. 인터넷은 공공에 많이 쓰여지고 있었는데 처음으로 회사를 설립하고 직원들을 다루다 보니 굉장히 자기 본인 이미지에 신경을 많이 써야 했고 최수현은 가족과 함께 살고 있었다.
