(Keeping Record of incoming, outgoing and distributed documents) • Preparation of Contract agreements, Document Transmittal, Document Submittal form to Consultant, Inspection Request in DM portal, Payment Vouchers, LPOs, Receipt vouchers, invoices, and cheques. • Assisting HR/Admin Manager in the HR functions & responsibilities.• Organize meetings and events with external customers and client. • Develop and Maintain confidential documents employee files and data base.• Initiate and process employee’s Medical insurance and Bank Account opening.• Monitor the work of PRO and update database of visas and legal matters.• Issuing all employee documents such as salary transfer letter, salary certificates, service certificates, NOC etc.• Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.• Preparation and maintaining of VAT records for filing of VAT• Maintaining fixed asset register.• Payroll management in supervision of finance manager• Recording Labor attendance, over time and absent daily basis.• Develop and maintaining annual leave tracker for the employees.• Preparing plans for purchase and supplies.• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and negotiate for the best price to place the orders.• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.• Marinating and updating supplier information such as delivery times, product ranges etc.• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.• Maintaining good supplier relations.
