At Oregon Screen Impressions I provided excellent customer service and project management to clients big and small. My customer service responsibilities included product sourcing , sales, order entry , quality management and product development. In addition to project management and customer service I also took on a role as a production artist where I designed and developed graphic concepts for a wide range of clients and prepared artwork to be print ready.

As a Communication Technician at Comcast I provided exceptional customer support to the Portland metro area. My main responsibility was servicing and installing cable, internet and phone services and providing technical support to current Comcast customers. During my time at Comcast I became efficient at troubleshooting and a high performing problem solver. I gained in depth knowledge of networks and data systems and took many company lead courses on modern technology . I was responsible for representing the company in a customer facing role in a positive and responsible manner, managing internal paperwork, data analysis, data entry, maintaining a company vehicle and performing as a safe driver throughout every work day.

Shortly after starting in my courier position I took an additional role as a project estimator. For this role I developed and maintained relationships with local businesses, created quotes for upcoming projects and provided customer service as a customer facing representative in addition to my courier duties. Additionally, while working at FedEx Office I gained valuable experience relative to the print industry by handling customer files , trimming , binding , cropping and being mindful of bleed and trim.

During my time at the exchange i specialized in t-shirt buying and vintage denim goods as well as regularly bought from the general public, monitored inventory and worked on shop advertising displays.
