As one of Thrive's Summer Academy Interns, I collaborated closely with the Summer Academy Management Team. Together, we crafted an engaging and enriching experience for our scholars by curating various day-to-day activities and thoughtfully designing an enriching program.I fostered seamless communication between the scholars and management, ensuring that their needs were met and their voices were heard. I took great pride in developing informative and captivating newsletters, tailored specifically for scholars, parents, and staff members to provide essential information and updates throughout and before the duration of the program.

I owned and organized the process of venue search by utilizing excel and venue databases. I proactively created creative slide decks tailored to the needs and themes of our potential clients resulting in new business.

I assisted in the back-end development of a low-code app. In addition to technical development, I played a key role in project management, overseeing task delegation, setting deadlines, and ensuring efficient workflow.

My role as a Dining Ambassador Intern allowed me to foster a sense of community on campus through culturally-driven, food-related events in the dining halls. I was responsible for providing feedback to the dining hall staff about the functionality of our dining halls to ensure that our students had the best possible experience. Additionally, I worked closely with the dining hall staff to develop and execute quarterly community events.
