• Responsible for quality assurance & quality control at the project site and issues related to non-conformance & deficiencies in the quality management process at the site.• Review Contractor’s MS, QC Procedure, ITP, Quality Plan and assist establishing acceptable working practices in construction activities.• Attend weekly quality meeting follow-up quality issues between different construction packages.• Reviewing the construction method statements and making comments as per project specifications, procedures ITPs.• Preparing ITPs and check lists for Different activities.• Ensure the correct implementation of the Approved Inspection Test Plan according to Client’s Requirements.• Check the conformity with the quality control plan and obtain the relevant document and monitor the logbook entry and Closing WIR in Aconex, Deliverable for the project specification documents.• As a Quality Control (QC) Engineer, I have extensive experience in reviewing project specifications and ensuring that all materials and work activities comply with the highest• standards.• Maintain archives for concrete pouring, concrete cubes, calibration certificates, inspection request files laboratory testing reports, quality control procedure sand inspection testing plan.• Ensure material received and construction works in compliance with quality standards and contract specifications.• Issues and administers Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as necessary and do follow up till it is closed.• Report to the QA/QC Manager on deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management Control System.• Provide advises & suggestion to improve quality control at construction site & assist project manager to achieve the target with respect to quality issues & ISO 9001:2015.• Complies with the Quality Management System for the project (i.e. PQP, ITP etc.).• Daily inspection for the Structural and Architectural activities at site as per Approved drawing.•

 Supervision of projects with particular attention to quality control/assurance, responsible for the execution and monitoring of approved quality control/assurance manual in the field of civil/structural engineering reparation and submittal of quality document to QA/QC Manager. Coordinate with client and sub-contractors representatives on daily basis to resolve any quality Issues. Inspection of site preparation, excavation and back filling during construction. Inspection of Fill placement and compaction. Material receiving Inspection of construction materials and handling, Storage and preservation inspection. Follow up and attending meetings with project management and site management. Prepare and handing-over final quality documents to client.

 In charge of all project budget for materials and manpower & maintaining accurate billing records. Obtain all necessary permits licenses and client approvals prior to work on site. Attend weekly meetings with client and project management. Prepared project progress and requirement reports. Preparing project payment bills follow up with consultant for checking and submitted to district government for payment. Daily supervise project staff and multiple sub-contractors. Follow up and Coordinate with consultant during inspections Ensuring quality control, environmental and health and safety requirements are met. Formulated policies, managed daily operations, and planned the use of materials and human resources. Analyse any construction project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization. Provide independent professional advice and guidance to senior manager and third parties. Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates. Accurately estimate material, construction and labour costs as well as project timescales.  Follow up and attending meetings with project management.. Prepare and handing-over final documents to client.

 Execution work s as per national highway standards and project requirements. Checking all ongoing construction activities and giving instruction about drawings and inspections. Inspect all sub-contractor works and coordinate with consultant during inspections. Reconciliation / Prepare all schedules for upcoming activities. Daily Accomplishment Report, Schedule of Site Work Check and Inspect Architectural/Civil Material as Per Specification and Requirements.  Follow up and attending meetings with project management.. Prepare and handing-over final documents to client.
