Our team is constantly expanding internationally and we currently have over 300 employees located across the globe with offices in the UK, France, US, Germany, South Africa, UAE, Benelux and Scandinavia.As Support Manager at Paxton Access, I'm responsible for ensuring our global teams of support staff deliver the industry-leading standard of technical help which Paxton are renowned for.As a Support Manager at Paxton Ltd for over seven years, I have overseen a team of over 50 support staff in delivering consistent industry-leading service globally. I developed and implemented global KPIs to define and measure success, and led collaboration between design, manufacturing, and supporting teams to identify product improvements. Additionally, I provided regular reports on team performance and strategy to the board of directors and worked cross-departmentally to achieve business objectives in alignment with company values. Prior to this role, I gained experience in operations management and technical support, with a focus on process improvements and generating operational cost savings.
