Other notables include Tridium Niagara AX Certification and proficiency with Enterprise level BACnet integrations on corporate IT network equipment (Cisco and Juniper).

Lead and manage facility and engineering operations at the Technology Square Development including the Centergy office building and Georgia Tech’s Technology Square Research Building (TSRB). My team achieved year-over-year energy reductions despite an increase in occupancy, an energy star rating of 94, the highest Engineering customer service rating across the company in the Kingsley Real Estate Survey, and a LEED Silver Certification without use of outside consultants. The development includes 720,000 square feet of Class ‘A’ office space and the accompanying 1488 space parking facility.
