Woodstock is a multi-asset investment fund house focused on investments in emerging technologies. Our primary focus is distributed ledger technology (DLT) with emphasis on four areas - public DLT, decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenization (including non-fungible tokens) and web 3.0 protocols. We also focus on equity investments in early and growth stage companies in the DLT space (including service providers offering services to investment funds investing in the DLT space). We invest in tokens (utility and security), equity and convertibles (in primary and secondary markets).At present we manage two funds, both registered with the Cayman Island Monetary Authority:(i) Woodstock Capital Fund I - discretionary fund for strategic investors; and(ii) Woodstock Capital Fund II - aggregated fund for HNIs, family offices and institutional investors.Woodstock also manages a segregated portfolio company with specific focus on augmenting the emerging technology ecosystem.Our investments include Elrond, Biconomy, Covalent, Band Protocol, Marlin Protocol, Casper Labs, Mudrex, Propine, Paraswap, Persistence, Frontier, Terra Virtua, Mintbase, Arcana, Moralis, and Holoride among others.

Worked with Dr. Vimal Balasubramaniam from the Queen Mary University of London, to augment a statistical package in R on event studies, incorporating machine learning techniques for finance research.

Working on business strategies for PROI with an aim of developing an ​affordable hardware​, that will eliminate the use of expensive hardware units such as big PC setups, printers, etc., and a highly dynamic software​, which will provide our users with analytics and real-time data which will, in turn, help them optimize their purchase, inventory and increase their profits. These are done by employing Machine Learning, Data Analytics and Image Processing.
