My corporate experience spans multiple industries, from aerospace, consumer packaged goods and financial services to manufacturing, medical devices and publishing. I have worked at both Fortune 100 companies, including PepsiCo, General Electric, Citibank and New York Life, as well as several emerging healthcare companies. Throughout my career, I have served as CHRO at five different corporations and have built, scaled, and led HR teams across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe, Canada and the Americas. In 2008, I founded The Impact Group which provides HR leadership and business advisory services to executive teams and boards.I served as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, and hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Villanova University, and an M.B.A. from Virginia Tech.
