The project scope will require the contractor to provide the necessary expertise andknowledge to support project management, asset and maintenance induction along withthe EAM Maximo data entry for assets acquired through Capital Projects.Effective management of the required changes will ensure a smooth transition from theconstruction phase through to the go-live phase of the asset life cycle.Project Management:o Asset oversight with procurement & CQV targets o Create a project plan in conjunction with the Moderna AMIP Lead, for asset and maintenance induction. o Schedule and level load work in accordance with construction, CQV, engineering run schedules o Develop a tracking mechanism in conjunction with the AMIP Leado Track ADMIN work ordersAssets/Locations:o Data collection for assets using different sources: vendor turn over packages, P&IDs, physical walkdowns to collect the required EAM-Maximo data as per defined loaders i.e. collecting model, S/N info.o All data collection will be in alignment with previously established EAM Maximo guidelines and tools. o Execute the asset criticality assessment.§ When the asset criticality assessment cannot be conducted due to time limitations, assets will be entered as not assessed in the EAM-Maximo system.o Develop the location hierarchy.o Generate ADMIN work order for data uploads.o Upload asset records into the EAM-Maximo following applicable procedures and leveraging the data loaders tools.

Worked under the supervision of the Director of Public Health to build and integrate the needs of all government departments into one centralized database. Tasks involved scanning code and permit applications into a centralized database which was integrated in GIS to the parcel layer. Through dynamic hyperlinks, when an analyst clicks on a parcel location, the permits and documents pertaining to the parcel would open in a database. In the future, the database should have an internet presence for a web based public domain GIS system. GIS provides better use of manpower and implementing the logistics of running an open and more transparent form of government at optimum efficiency.

Worked the evening shift as a beta tester while completing my degree in geography. I was responsible for mechanical and electrical beta testing of three of the initial brewer lines of the model. I was part of a team of 4-5 other engineers.

Preformed ground control survey for aerial photography missions and designed flight lines according to the mission parameters. During my employment I obtained valuable experience in ALTA and construction surveys, remote sensing, digital image processing, close range digital photogrammetry, and geographic information systems. Sewall was one of the first engineering firms to utilize 3D Laser Scanning or Close Range Digital Photogrammetry technologies. This position required extensive travel throughout all of New England, New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

I worked the summer as a visitor's Aquarium Guide for a gap summer program after high school and before college. This program was for 4 months and consisted of college level credit from Bunker Hill Community College. I had the opportunity to learn and teach in all departments of the aquarium and also conduct some marine studies in the Pelagic GIS group with teams from Woods Hole Oceanographic and the Center for Coastal Studies.
