As CFO, he took Lyft public at a $24 billion valuation and later as CFO of Splunk played an integral role in the $28 billion acquisition by Cisco. He led Corporate Development at Microsoft & Walmart eCommerce, and spent a dozen years as an investment banker, most recently as Senior Managing Director at Evercore. Brian holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
