I am a Pastry & Bakery Commis at Marina Bay Sands, one of the leading hospitality destinations in Asia, where I am learning from some of the best chefs in the industry. I am responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads while ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene. I also apply my skills in production planning and leadership to coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the bakery department.I persued my diploma in pastry and bakery at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, where I have gained a solid foundation in baking and pastry arts, including the techniques, ingredients, and equipment used to create different types of products. I have also completed a diploma in culinary arts at Culinary Academy of India, and a Intensive program in pastry and bakery at Indian School of Hospitality, where I have learned the fundamentals of food production and sanitation. In addition, I have obtained multiple certifications in food safety and security, which demonstrate my commitment to hygiene and professionalism. My passion is to create delicious and innovative desserts that delight the customers and reflect the culture and values of the organization.
