In 2015, I founded ProprCo, an action-sports apparel brand. I was fortunate enough to travel the world, collaborate with entrepreneurs and sponsor a team of athletes. Through this incredible journey, I was able to find my true passion..Helping good people (entrepreneurs) build cool stuff (brands). Prior, I gained 11 years of experience in both Solar and Real Estate. Encompassing regional level project management, media production and advertising. The previous 3 years I've served as VP of Marketing and Culture for Reimagine Roofing - The Top Rated Roofing Company in Arizona.From their first few month's of business to amassing over 500 five-star reviews and 30M in annual revenue. I worked directly with the CEO, Kody Landals on a daily basis. Recruiting and onboarded over 150 office, field and sales employees while simultaneously spearheading a complete digital transformation. Navigating countless software trials, demos, and paid platforms. I ultimately developed a user friendly and seamless tech stack while successfully driving marketing and company culture. 126x ROAS month over month - 499x ROI best 30d.
