Throughout my 10 years of customer service and sales experience, I have been repeatedly selected by management and peers to be a leader, advisor, and trainer in multiple work environments. My valuable mix of friendliness and elegant professionalism has gifted me with the ability to be both a strong team player simultaneously liked and also respected by co-workers and management. Recently, I have graduated Magna Cum Laude receiving my Bachelor of Arts Psychology. My degree in psychology is invaluable in any environment where I work with people. We are taught to unify listening and empathy, which when used in business settings will solidify client trust and company loyalty. I have a strong sense of determination in my work and find my degree in psychology and knowledge in industrial and organizational psychology allow me to see critical work dynamics that could improve customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and overall production value and workmanship.
