I was responsible for BDO's corporate marketing campaigns, sponsorships and partnerships and international marketing. I was responsible for BDO's Exceptional Client Service agenda which is central to their brand promise. I ensured that communications and touch points were commensurate with an exceptional experience and for delivering our client feedback programmes and using the results to identify areas for improvement.In 2014 I completed a secondment to BDO in India where I am recruited a team and identified the processes and procedures necessary to build the BDO brand in the Indian market. I also looked at developing a client service strategy for the firm and designed and delivered client service training to partners and staff.I led the national marketing team which encompasses digital, data, research and analysis and client programmes.I am committed to my own and others' professional development and sat on the PM Forum London committee who develop and deliver a programme of training and networking events for fellow marketers at professional services firms.
