My Master Thesis theme is "Microfluidics optimization in the context of basophil activation test". This project aims for a low-cost, rapid, user-friendly method with minimal manual intervention and sample handling method for a basophil activation test in order to detect allergies.

I did an internship in the Point-of-Care industry at biosurfit. I was part of a team of 4 people in the R&Darea. It was an experience that helped me establish some hard skills like handling CNC milling machine and CAD softwares and some soft skills like problem solving and adaptation.

I was a teaching assistant for the soft skills course for first year students at my university. This position was based on helping with resource management, CVs, leadership, conflict resolution and some hard skills such as advanced Microsoft Excel, Mendeley etc.

As the coordinator my main responsibility was to lead and help our members to organize events. This position allows me to develop my leadership and conflict management skills, as well as understandthe importance of innovation in project management.

The Nanotechnology Student Group has about 30 members and aims to boost the most diverse events and workshops. The External Relations department is composed by 6 members.

During summer I worked at Sugal Group as a Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician, testing tomato paste samples in order to ensure optimal sugar, pH, consistency, etc. This allowed me to increase my teamwork, communication and analysis skills.
