Identify functional requirements for client’s business processes, applications and data through fit gap analysis to map their business requirements with SAP C/4HANA (SAP Sales Cloud & SAP Service Cloud) functionalities.2. Prepare requirement specification and design documentation based on users’ requirements within specified scope and timeframe.7. Create training manuals (user documentation) and conduct formal training workshops to train key users.
