YetGen is a 14-week 21st Century Competencies Training Program where pieces of training such as Effective Presentation Techniques, Teamwork, Career Planning, Modelling with Excel, Information / Media / Finance /Health Literacy, Social Innovation and GirişGen (Ideathon) process have been organized.I am completing the assignments given during the program and developing an idea for a solution to a world problem with the focus of the UN Sustainable Development Goals within the GirişGen ideathon.

I work in a role that supports the learning process of artificial intelligence and contributes to the AI ecosystem through data labeling tasks. I am increasing my knowledge in the fields of artificial intelligence and image processing.

Forward, offered by McKinsey, is an online learning journey developed to equip individuals at different stages of their working life with practical skills to succeed in the future of work. It focuses on critical workplace skills that are relevant and transferable across industries and roles.

Up School offers introductory courses in technology, YGA provides the Double-Winged Success Training, and awareness broadcasts on gender equality. Participants will gain fundamental knowledge in technology and awareness on gender equality. Those actively engaged will meet with primary school girls in science sessions, serving as role models. The program aims to help participants improve their knowledge and skills, raise awareness about gender equality, and inspire young generations to discover their potential.

During the 5-week internship, I had the opportunity to meet and interact with valuable people from various departments of banking. I had the chance to get to know important departments such as human resources, marketing, investment. In addition, I improved myself a little more in the field of communication and artificial intelligence.Also I gained knowledge in blockchain, Excel, finance, banking, data science, agile transformation, design thinking, and the metaverse.
