Currently operating as the command Directives and Task manager for all of NAVSEA. I work collaboratively and diligently with internal and external organizations to meet essential mission goals.

I currently support NAVSEA, SEA21 as the Executive Assistant to. Mr. Lind. CNRMC Executive Director.

• Interpret government security regulations.• Establish control procedures for all levels of sensitive information to ensure compliance with government regulations.• Conduct audits to ensure 100% accountability of classified documents and issuance of secure safes.• Ensure security breaches are reduced within ONR Security Division.• Process all domestic and foreign visit requests to ONR.• Collaborate with ONR ATO to revise the Emergency Evaluation Plan for post-COVID measures to ensure 100% accountability for all ONR employees during routine and emergency situations.• Maintain and update the Security website daily/weekly/monthly.

• Responsible for training, accountability, counseling, mentoring, and professional development of 4 Administrative Clerks and 2 government employees.• Improved the quality and quantity of appellant packages received to the unit throughout the COVID-19 pandemic; achieved a 90% growth rate of office productivity in the tracking, records maintenance, new joins, and discharges from NAMALA. • Instituted and directly supervised changes that increased operational functions, improved analysis, and tracking capabilities, and had 100% audit and revitalization of records and management of processing and filing systems.

• Trained, evaluated, and selected 62 Marine Officer Candidates while managing a strict and demanding schedule in which each candidate was able to maximize each training opportunity in tactical and classroom environments. Impeccable professionalism as a staff non-commissioned officer greatly increased the performance and growth of every candidate through billet performance evaluations, situational leadership evaluations, and supplementary counseling. • Developed, mentored, and coached subordinates in compliance with company regulations for the operation, which resulted in first place rating in companywide competition.• Demonstrated the ability to balance several demanding tasks all while sustaining the personal and professional development of the Marines.
