As the Director of Finance, I oversee our budget, calculate and collect company dues, acquire grants, and manage our bank account all with the goal of making InMotion a financially feasible and inclusive organization.As Director of Contemporary, I choreograph our large group contemporary numbers for our annual showcase, assist choreographers in small contemporary groups, and lead the selection process for our members.

In this role, I was able to work closely in various departments.With the private client team, I researched and synthesized investment data into a dynamic sheet for future reference, reconciled commission statements, and reviewed and updated client cases.With operations, I reviewed important company documents to ensure formatting and information was correct and that document status was compatible in various file formats.With the finance team, I assisted in transitioning accounting databases by uploading company invoices and commissions statements and ensuring that all expenditures and revenues were balanced.
