Continually maintaining individual Soldiers readiness for mobilization/deployment and State Active Duty. Concurrently, I directly supervised 5 Soldiers.• Serve as the main point of contact for the units new Soldiers returning from training, initiated orientation process, and verified overall readiness of personnel.• Excellent communication, management and leadership skills.
