Young Minho Enterprise is a Junior Consulting Enterprise, based at the University of Minho's School of Business and Economics. As a non-profit organization, is formed and managed exclusively by university students, with the main goal of providing real-world solutions to clients while also bridging the gap between the job market and students.Within the Quality Management department, my responsibilities included ensuring the effectiveness of these four pillars: Quality, Audit, Optimization, and Data Analysis.Some of the most relevant projects:- Internal audits [through meetings and reports, monitoring KPIs];- Databases optimization [Improved data collection and storage policies for general purposes and members];- Click4Help’22 [Logistics team member];- Automated Excel tool for Members Gamification and ranking;- Automated Excel tool for departmental scheduling and planning;- Automated Excel tool for tracking social media performance [through data analysis];

The II JENC hosted around 250 Junior Entrepreneurs from universities across the country, at the University of Minho, Braga. With the support of entities like Câmara Municipal de Braga, Escola de Economia e Gestão - Universidade do Minho, Associação Académica da Universidade do Minho and Junior Enterprises Portugal, the event had, over the two days, the presence of 12 guests, 26 partner companies and more than 10 moments.As one of the Project Managers of this national congress, my responsibilities included:- Managing a team of 8 people and ~10k€ budget.- Ideating and conceptualizing the event, ensuring alignment with the target audience's expectations.- Supervising the three different teams involved: logistics, communication, and partnerships.- Delegating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment within the team.- Problem-solving and addressing challenges that arose during the planning and execution phases.- Reporting to the Executive Board.

Junior Enterprises Portugal is an umbrella organization that represents more than 1100 students coming from 24 student-run businesses across Portugal with a turnover of more than €420K (as if 2022). It's main goal is to drive the continuous development of the Portuguese Junior Enterprises network. The expansion team strives to foster the expansion of new Junior Enterprises and support the rapid growth of the leading platform for youth association in Portugal while having the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and organizations .As a member of the expansion team, I worked closely with 5 Junior Initiatives, from various regions of the country, supporting their sustained growth and expansion, strengthening our network.

Annual event organized by the student association of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minho. The event provided an opportunity for students to gain a deeper understanding on the subject of car racing.I established valuable partnerships while also being staff of the event ensuring the smooth running of the event during those three days.
