Regional Management of Site Procurement Operations (Local & Indirect Procurement) and Buyers across 5 Amazon fulfillment centers in France.As Senior Manager, this also includes driving and increasing the maturity of Amazon Procurement operations in France and Europe. It consists in designing and offering new ways of serving internal Customers, the Amazon Global Procurement Organization, communities, and empowering Procurement Team Members.Additional responsibilities include supporting France Country Procurement Leader on achieving Amazon targets, through country-wide operations supervision; and coaching new Managers.

Lead a Purchasing team responsible for 4 logistics centers (4 Buyers). Responsible for a team in charge of a multi-site overheads and services portfolio of around €50m (all types of operating costs, energy, security, security, cleaning, building maintenance, etc.).Main tasks with my team, which I accompany and support on a daily basis:- Help define the Purchasing policy and translate it into measurable operational objectives,- Prospect markets, assess suppliers' ability to meet cost, delivery and quality requirements,- Negotiate the best terms and conditions, taking into account technical and commercial objectives,- Achieve savings targets within budget, manage calls for tender and negotiate framework contracts,- Identify and select suppliers (local, national, European) by product category: collect and analyze information to assess suppliers' ability to meet the company's requirements,- Manage purchase requisitions and investment requests within the framework of current procedures and systems,- Raise awareness of purchasing processes and techniques among internal customers,- Continuously and systematically improve processes.

Managing a team of Buyers, Store Coordinators, and being in charge of a 50M€ general expenses & services portfolio for several fulfillment centers.Main missions : • Participating in defining the Purchasing policy and deploying it with operational and measurable objectives for my teams,• Prospecting new markets, evaluating the Providers capacity to answer our needs in terms of quality, deadlines, ethics, and costs, • Negotiating the best commercial terms to match our technical needs,• Reaching savings targets within the assigned budget, managing calls for tenders, and master agreements,• Identifying and selecting Providers (local, national, european) by product category : collecting and analyzing the information necessary to take the right decision,• Managing the purchasing requests and the investment requests, according to the current processes and policies,• Educating the internal clients about the Procurement processes and technics,• Continuously and systematically improving the processes, • Making sure with my Teams that the shipping supplies inventories are optimized, as is the warehouse, • Leading specific projects linked to the launches of new fulfillment centers or capital expenditures.

The Andance (Ardèche, France) Factory is part of the Intelligent Exterior Systems Division. It produces Volvo V90 and XC60 tailgates and Peugeot spare parts. MRO & general expenses purchases, using SAP.•Negotiating, rationalising, and standardising. E.g.: master contract with a tools provider, 20k€ of savings / year on a 95k€ family.•Proposing, following, and coordinating purchasing productivity projects of the factory. E.g.: new microfiber cleaning cloth that can be reused, 25k€ savings per year on a 35k€ budget, being 71%.•Leading call for tenders with functional specifications : press production cell retrofit, painting cabin cleaning, quality resident at Volvo plant, etc. Negotiating projects and contracts. E.g.: reindustrialisation of a spare parts production cell, 7% savings on a 140k€ budget.•Contributing to reach the Volvo quality requirements, while using the IATF, ISO 50001, and ISO 14001 norms.•Rationalising the supplier panel, finding purchasing synergies between the different French plants. E.g.: standardising the packaging.

Within the Indirect Procurement Department, I am in charge of the following portfolios : Operative Supplies, Digital BU, Com&Po BU, Office Supplies, Marketing&Com, Cataloguists, for a total amount of about 800k€. My missions : - Negotiating master contracts and executive contracts of services and goods (Maintenance tools, Clean-Rooms PPE)- Optimizing the costs (Mutualizations, progress plans) - Creating requests for proposals (Cleaning, Reception, Security, Safety) - Multi-sourcing the ISO3 products of my portafolios (Cleanroom labels, PPE) - Listing and translating the internal needs (Bill of specifications) - Monitoring the providers (KPIs, performance indicators, reporting) - Looking or new technologies, goods and services- Solutioning providers disputes (invoices, quality, quantity)

2 months long Intership within the DHL Freight office of Moirans. Assisting an experimented Sales Representative with the following missions :- Prospecting for new customers - Phoning to prospects (a hundred phone calls per day) - Chartering (requesting transport solutions helping the Production department) - Negociating in Business to Business to obtain commercial appointments - Updating the clients/prospects file - Preparing the negotiations (collecting figures, defining the context and the needs)
