First station at Prognost was to introduce a QM-System at the company. Processes were taken at least to develop the company.As a member of the customer-support team I did introduce a ITIL-compliant customer support system which is based on IBM´s Lotus Notes. As every new system software was not really accepted by the staff for the first time but this system did work and give really benefits to us and our customer.Prognost is really a great company based on it´s great staff and the human side is absolutely in the front.

Let´s not talk about the understanding of QM at this company...

First Job after leaving Universtity. Starting in the exam-work with the theoretical part of QM for this company it was the task to implement it and to go "online" with this system. Areas of resposibility: Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Startup for new internal production areas, production responsibility, Computer Administration and Support (Soft- and Hardware), implementing HACCP, implementing BRC food standart, observance of laws and regulations concerning contact of plastics with food.SUPRALON: "Since decades we have been developing optimum packaging solutions for the meat industry, setting new standards in converting artificial casings." thats´s true and it was a pleasure to work with all the people at this company and of course the raw material suppliers, coming from Japan, Belgium, Swiss, Brasil - all with there own technology.
