I also perform quality assurance for all information systems, maintain tracking and logging tools to provide statistical data, log operation stats, and assist in training personnel on the operations of each system.Combining my many years of customer service and leadership positions through my time at UC Denver's Registrar's Office and Subway as a Shift Manager, I have consistently utilized my skills in communication, project management, and teamwork to lead myself and those alongside me towards success. These experiences have also enhanced my emotional intelligence, allowing me to effectively communicate with customers, students, and peers.
