Being responsible for the day-to-day tracking of suspected and confirmed Upper GI cancer patients to ensure their pathway, from referral to treatment, is as short as possible. Facilitating an MDT meeting for all the Consultants twice a week to discuss patients and record all comments from the meeting, real time, on to a projected board in the room (Virtually during COVID-19 Pandemic).

Ensuring the day-to-day administrative tasks were completed effectively and efficiently. Coordinating the booking of large events, such as Invictus Games Training Camps, into the facility which involves organising accommodation, function room and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for attendees. Providing an excellent Front of House service for a diverse range of visitors presenting with a wide range of physical and mental disabilities. Using superb communication skills to connect with a wide range of visitor and create a welcoming and calming atmosphere for all.
