As founder and Campus Correspondent (President) of my university's Her Campus Chapter, I have grown our chapter from a fresh slate and successfully built our social media, events, editing, writing and marketing teams. I have worked on a variety of projects, from creating engaging content and driving traffic to our social media sites, to recruiting a team of over sixty member in just two semesters, I have significantly grown our chapter through my leadership skills. With my assistance, my social media has successfully exceeded our content and engagement goals with a profile activity increase of over 239%. Over the past few months, our chapter has had the opportunity to work with brand such as Clinique, Sol de Janeiro, Elemis and more! I have successfully led my marketing and social media team to drive brand awareness and growth to the greater Boston area. During my time at Ulta Beauty, I was able to grow my retail experience in sales and marketing at the foundational level. As lead cashier, I was able to grow a variety of skills across all levels of retail. My primary responsibilities were coaching and training of Beauty Advisors, as well as cross-training all other associates and management on our team. In addition to this, I also maintained loyalty and apps/trans credit goals between myself and my team, with my personal results consistently soaring above goal (80%+ loyalty/conversion; 1.20%+ apps/trans). In this position, I was recognized by my district manager several times for being in the top 10 credit performers several times. While in this role, I assisted the operations team to execute brand rests, realignments and ad-sets.
