I've been working for myself for nearly 7 years primarily teaching English, but also doing some freelance translations and proofreading work. I'm very lucky, English is my passion, and I love my work. Throughout my time teaching I've learnt a tremendous amount from my students as well as teaching them, and I enjoy the fact that every hour of every day is different. I've been very lucky to have had some really interesting work over those years, and now my teaching is focused mainly on professionals and businesses, along with preparing people for exams such as the Cambridge Advanced English, Proficiency, and First. All classes are tailor-made for each student and context. Goals are established with students at the outset, and then reviewed every six months to ensure that students are progressing and achieving what they want to.
