As a leader of the Employee Experience Engineers across three chapters(teams) comprising 30 staff, I proactively built partnerships with Product Owners and other Chapter Leads. My responsibilities included orchestrating resource assignments, handling incoming resource requests, conducting OPEX vs CAPEX spend analysis, and providing forecasts. I adeptly managed stakeholder relationships, offered coaching, and actively engaged in hands-on full stack coding to optimise team productivity.

As a pioneering Chapter Lead during Telstra's transition to Scaled Agile, I played a pivotal role in establishing and effectively managing a dynamic chapter consisting of 20 skilled engineers. Together, we developed and maintained essential Telstra Employee Tools, including Email, M365, device management, collaboration apps and HR systems.

As a valued member of the Workplace Technology teams, I played a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining intricate software solutions. My expertise extended to offering insightful technology recommendations and providing mentorship to junior engineers. I excelled in troubleshooting and resolving challenging issues using unfamiliar methods and cutting-edge technologies. Additionally, I skilfully architected solutions that adhered to stringent security standards, ensuring the integrity and safety of the systems.

Managed and led a configuration team focused in the NICE product suite. Transitioned development from vendor to a new in house configuration team. Introduced and delivered successful Agile approach with fortnightly production releases. Maintained a strong relationship with the Vendor.
