- Direct PMO team of 3 to assist three active capital projects pertaining Copenhagen’s urban-suburban rail, the S-train, in the following disciplines: - Risk (aligned to MSP principles and agency strategies) - Quality (aligned to ISO900 and supplier contract) - Documentation (of 6,500+ documents) and SharePoint administration - Schedule and contract change administration- Identify and lead improvement projects. For example, create an automated system in Excel to quality check the 3 document storage system with 6,500+ documents- Recruit, supervise and train 3 staff members looking to build their career

Manage and oversee six cross-functional capital programs with budgets up to $41 million NZD, ensuring on-time delivery of traffic safety and other traffic engineering solutions in Auckland from planning, design, public communications, to construction phases.

After two years, promoted to Program Manager Monitor six cross-functional capital programs with budgets up to $30 million NZD, respond to roadblocks, and escalate when necessary while championing a solutions-focused culture.

• Led all activities relating to research and product testing to perfect the company product and ensure an effective and customized user experience• Managed a range of marketing and community initiatives, increasing company visibility with target audiences• Spearheaded innovative strategies to enhance all aspects of business operations to help organise, track and manage team workload

• A follow-on role from previous position of Planner • Played a key role in the delivery of effective and efficient project management to multiple transportation improvement projects for San Mateo County Transit District• Major projects included the Grand Boulevard Initiative and Senior Mobility guide

• Assisted with planning principal public transit and transportation programs in the county• Provided support to various transportation improvement projects, using knowledge of city and transportation planning – carried out in-depth industry research and prepared detailed summary briefs to meet deadlines• Project Coordinator for the Grand Boulevard Initiative, which was a project involving collaboration between 19 cities, counties and local agencies to improve a shared arterial route• Used Arc GIS to support mapmaking, budget and spatial analysis, which is still utilised at the current time

The Research and Leadership Programme empowers students to undertake transportation-related topics. • Assisted with developing the Summer Research and Leadership Programme, which provides students with the skills to and knowledge to carry out research in transportation related topics of interest• Worked in liaison with the Program Owner in developing the program curriculum• Provided hands on support to participants and identified professional development opportunities for programme participants to help with their career options – this included hosting a resume building workshop and a networking event where students were introduced to transport planners and gained valuable information• Carried out research and authored a report on Universal and Wayfinding Designs for rail transport Universal and Wayfinding Designs for rail transport research argues the role of combined universal design and wayfinding strategies in improving transit user experience. Each approach improves safety, comfort, and efficiency while serving each person in the community. A design approach, field study, and best practices are provided in this report. Rail agencies studied serve the cities of Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
