I started my career in Strategy and Operations as a business analyst at Deloitte Consulting. After acquiring some hands-on skills and experience, I joined MarchingOrder as the second employee. Over the course of 13 years, I, along with my team, accomplished a lot:• Scaled operations at a bootstrapped startup with YOY revenue growth of 44%.• Managed a team of 100+ spanning ops, product, production, and CRM development.• Designed, executed, and scaled dozens of complex business processes from scratch.• Served as the product owner for two of three core products.• Created growth strategies and oversaw strategic implementation of company initiatives.At the start, MarchingOrder was small and unfunded, but between 2010 and 2017, we developed several strong products in a niche vertical (event planning software tailored to graduation). In 2020, just as live events everywhere were being cancelled, we found ourselves at unforeseen crossroads. With great effort, we successfully pivoted our business to a virtual model and tripled our revenue in one year.In early 2023, I became the president and co-owner of OutdoorIndustryJobs.com. Our mission is to help outdoor companies find quality candidates that are a cultural fit. I’ve been passionate about the outdoors my entire life, and I'm excited to bring that energy to a great business.
