This initiative achieved multi-million dollar annual cost efficiencies, delivered through FTE efficiency, and the decommissioning of a material number of legacy applications and processes. The program design enabled the establishment of a single cross-platform Financial Control hub in Luxembourg, delivering significant FTE savings, reductions in period end close timescales and improvement in controls.Additionally, I re-engineered management and legal entity reporting, enabling daily financial resultsdelivery, automated reconciliations, and the removal of ~1,000 manual intergroup journal processes.
