As Chief Technology Officer, I am responsible for managing all aspects of Managed Service Provider (MSP) IT Technical Services, which includes Pre-sales, Consultancy, MSP Technology Development, Project Management/Delivery, and budget oversight.I lead a Technology Team, overseeing the planning and execution of a wide range of IT projects for new and existing clients.
