As the Chief Technical Officer, I spearheaded the creation and execution of the technology strategy for our organisation's Managed Service Provider (MSP) IT services. My responsibilities included designing new solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching business objectives, and guiding projects from idea through to research and development, testing, and ultimately to a profitable technical product.
