Role of the corporate manager:• To be the conduit between Bodycare and the client.• To be the conduit between the client and the Physiotherapist.• To be the conduit between the onsite physiotherapist and Bodycare senior management.• Ensure the client continues to use Bodycare’s services for its requirements in onsite safety, health promotion, injury prevention and injury management• Required to understand the clients business and business strategy.• Identify potential new clients and business opportunities and inform Bodycare senior management.• Generate ideas of how to attract and engage new business for Bodycare.Role of the corporate physiotherapist:• Treatment of injuries incurred both at work and outside of work.• Endeavour to reduce workcover claims and lost time injuries.• Promote communication with employee, OH&S staff and company management.• Provide a proactive model of treatment.• Regularly attend meetings regarding return to work of an employee post claim.• Complete weekly email updates to OH&S staff regarding progress of injured employees.• Provide rehabilitation programs for all injured employees.• Communicate with other allied health professionals in order to gain the optimal outcome for both the employee and employer.• Provide and complete manual handling training, ergonomic assessments, job task analysis and risk assessments when required.
