Working in the Marketing and Distribution team for National Theatre Live. Briefing marketing campaigns, collating assets and communicating with exhibitors to allow films to reach the widest audiences. Monitoring and scheduling on main NT Live social media channels (@NTLive) and maintaining customer relationships and brand awareness. Also feeding into central @NationalTheatre channels including TikTok.Alongside this I conduct regular competitor research and look into data insights of our social media accounts. I present monthly social media reports for organic content, analysing any successes and improvements to take forward.This includes the National Theatre Collection, an archive of filmed performances accessible for state schools across the UK.Releases I have worked on include: Skylight, Dear England, Vanya, The Motive and the Cue, Nye.

Monitoring competitor releases and box office statistics. Assisting Zoe Viney, Film Curator, with preparing for the WFSA (Wessex Film and Sound Archive) 9.5mm event in May 2022. This includes watching, scanning, digitising and cataloguing 9.5mm films from the archive and conducting interviews with filmmakers. Alongside this, I helped to create a TikTok account and some potential video features to help push the social media side of the archive. Helped organise a special event for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

My weekly jobs include proofreading Rachael's writing for pitches and clients, transcribing interviews and editing these, organising emails and call out.Alongside this, I am also helping Rachael to set up the Independent Newsletter Awards for this year's ceremony. Side note: the INA has been put on hold this year, therefore my job ended earlier than expected.

Working for SUSU, the Southampton Student Union, brings my skills of communication and customer service to the fore-front as I work in two bars The Stags’ and The Bridge.These two bars both use the same level of skill however the clientele varies and therefore I have to adapt my communication skills depending on where I am working.

As a student ambassador, I help to showcase the University of Southampton by engaging with prospective students at a range of open days, both undergraduate and postgraduate. I employ my communication skills to help inform students of my experience at the university as well as underline the expectations of the university as a whole. I give information about my specific course, Film Studies, as well as explaining what living in the city of Southampton is like. I have had experience with guided tours and signposting.

Working at Ettington Chase Hotel has given me a vast amount of experience in hospitality - ranging from hosting in a restaurant to serving conferences to working behind a bar.Alongside customer service, this job has given me greater knowledge about the catering industry as I have undertaken a variety of online courses for Food Safety and Hygiene and Customer Profit Protection.My role ended due to necessary redundances to the whole workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Photographer for @stylecoverage Instagram blog (25k Followers).Alongside taking photographs for my employer, I was encouraged to use my Adobe Photoshop skills and online marketing knowledge to help the @stylecoverage blog achieve greater social media presence.This role allowed me to learn more about 'editorial/commercial' photography as well as strengthening my ability to communicate with an employer and understand the wants/needs of her online brand.

I spent any work experience week shadowing the head photographer at my local newspaper The Stratford Herald. During this week I was able to understand how photographers have to organise shoots and how to communicate with clients/interviewees. Clients I worked with include; Ford, Stratford-upon-Avon District Council, and The Cotswold Frock Shop.I was given the task of making notes on what the interviewee was saying alongside being able to take some of my own photographs using a professional Canon 90D which I managed to master within a week as I had previous experience with DSLRs. Alongisde this I assisted with uploading smaller articles upon the newspaper website and updated their Facebook page.
