She has extensive board and committee leadership experience, including serving as chair for human resources board committees. Driving results by developing strong partnerships rooted in transparency, integrity and a winning ethos, Kristi understands high-performance requires ensuring a company’s people, processes, technology and data work in concert to deliver impact. Her experience includes successful succession for several C-suite positions, complex compensation and benefit program changes, and navigating the human capital impacts of M&A.Kristi currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Human Resources Officer at Securian Financial, an $8B privately held Fortune 500 financial services company. In this role, she leads human resources strategy, operations, technology and data, corporate communications, brand, change leadership, enterprise process improvement, and space and facilities management for Securian’s 3,000 employees. An active member of the Twin Cities community, Kristi has served on board roles on the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Minnesota and the Minnesota Children’s Museum.
