I am an eleven-year veteran of the U.S. Army seeking to transition to a new career at the conclusion of my current contract in June of 2025. Throughout my time in the Army, I have had direct supervisory experience over more than 50 soldiers, overseeing their workloads, advocating for their needs, and supporting their professional development. In addition, I have held roles in both laboratory and human resources settings that have developed my skillsets relating to project management, regulatory compliance, change management, and continuous improvement. My goal is to leverage this experience in a management-level position in the business sector.
