Plentimacy is a digital community to empower women to nurture their pleasure and intimacy by providing tools and techniques for guidance. My focus was to design and develop a platform from scratch to support Plentimacy in their vision and the actual needs of the users. I was responsible for; Project Management, stakeholder management, client management, UX Research, sourcing, synthesis, insights report, design strategy and leading the team of designers.

Telemedicine Clinic (TMC) is an online clinic providing tele radiology services around Europe and taking part in leading the change within radiology. My latest task was to manage a digital project with focus on optimizing processes internally. Coordination:- Communicated & negotiated with the hospitals and other medical staff externally to comply with KPI's. - Implemented new clients and systems into our daily workflow - internally and externally.Data management & reporting:- Sourced data from various hospitals and clinics in Scandinavia.- Solved all problems related to incoming and outgoing data such as diagnostic images (X-ray, MRI, CT, PET/CT, Ultrasound) and reports, mainly fra Danish and Swedish hospitals.- Assisted the radiologists and the medical management with queries and challenges.- Manage capacity for incoming data for Danish hospitals to comply with company KPI's. - Assessed incoming data to ensure the cases include all clinical information and diagnostic images.- Worked with RIS and PACS systems for Danish and Swedish hospitals. Project management:- Collaborated closely with software developers, radiologists and IT technicians for the project related to process optimization.

Global Aktion is a solidarity movement that works with different people-driven movements all over the world, and together we fight for change - a change for global equality.Project management:- Managed the project for the South African group by planning meetings internally and with external partners, designed project plan and applying for funds. - Motivating the volunteers with their individual projects by acting as support for any logistical, administrative, or project management related queries. Social Media Management:- Wrote monthly newsletters to update members on all the current projects.- Wrote articles on reports describing human rights violations for current projects.
