Key responsibilities:- Technical responsibility within the HVAC discipline: Oversee all technical aspects of HVAC systems for both conceptual studies and full execution projects.- Participate in early-stage concept studies: Contribute to the development of HVAC concepts during the initial design phases.- Maintain close follow-up during the execution phase: Ensure all HVAC aspects are implemented according to design specifications and project timelines throughout the execution stage.- Manage procurement and vendor/subcontractor follow-up: Handle the procurement process for HVAC equipment, manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure accurate system design and calculations are implemented.- Facilitate multidiscipline interface: Foster seamless collaboration between various engineering disciplines to ensure well-integrated and efficient HVAC systems.- Provide valuable input to planning and job card creation: Contribute knowledge to project planning and creation of detailed job cards for HVAC system installation and commissioning.

Key responsibilities:Develop system diagrams, functional descriptions, and function tables to clearly define and document the project's requirements and specifications.Design and implement IRC (Individual Room Control) solutionsProject coordination and support: Collaborate closely with project engineers, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycleInterface management: Oversee and manage interfaces between consultants and contractors/suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and coordinationFacilitate collaboration and cooperation among project engineers, fostering a cohesive and efficient project teamProject system overview: Create and maintain a comprehensive overview of the project's systems, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the overall design and functionalityDevelop a detailed plan for testing and commissioning of the project's systems, ensuring proper installation, performance, and integrationEstablish and implement procedures for integrated testing, full-scale testing, and safety assessments to verify system functionality and compliance with safety standardsContinuously monitor project progress during the construction and testing phases, identifying and addressing any issues promptlyHVAC system calculations and sizing: Perform comprehensive calculations and sizing of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiencyHVAC system modeling in Revit: Utilize Revit software to create accurate and detailed 3D models of the HVAC systems, facilitating visualization, coordination, and design optimizationBIM (Building Information Modeling): Proficient in BIM methodologies and tools, leveraging BIM to enhance project collaboration, coordination, and information managementPossess expertise in 3D scanning techniques, utilizing 3D scanning data to create accurate representations of existing buildings and infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:- Planning and assessment of work, working methods, technical solutions, and implementation.- Construction, assembly, and inspection of electrical switchboards, primarily EX equipment.- Testing of panel functions and execution of final inspections.- Troubleshooting and rectification of faults.- Service, repair, maintenance, extensions, and modifications of existing switchboards.
