Mr. Driscoll is the US Power and Utility Sector Leader for the Environmental Planning and Permitting team at Arcadis, a diverse group of environmental scientists, biologists, planners, technologists and project managers, who deliver a variety of energy and infrastructure projects. Mr. Driscoll has extensive experience in siting studies, impact assessments, and permitting of traditional and renewable energy programs including offshore wind energy development and their associated infrastructure. He has performed due diligence investigations, marine habitat characterizations, ecological characterizations, threatened and endangered species surveys, invasive species management, construction management, stakeholder engagement and regulatory agency coordination and negotiation. He has over twenty one years of experience working in the exciting field of Energy Transition.
