- Led a $13MM software upgrade project with 27 team members across 4 regions and directly managed the North America regional 8-person project team.- Led the planning and execution of all global work for the 8-month, $1.5MM planning phase of the project. - Led numerous multi-functional projects managing cost, schedule, scope, change management, risk/issue management, resource management, and stakeholder/sponsorship management. - Led weekly project audits that provided coaching & feedback to other project managers.- Developed and continuously improved tools to manage & monitor projects.- Led 22 multi-functional projects including finance, sales, technology upgrades, application upgrades, and disaster recovery ranging from $25K to $1.8MM in size.- Led a project that closed the operating margin gap of $8.7MM between Cargill Salt’s One World ERP and their data warehouse.- Managed a team of 9 consultants to deliver on 4 application migration projects with a combined budget of over $1.8MM.- Led a project that re-aligned all of Cargill Salt’s salesperson territories involving organizational change management, software upgrades, & application configurations.- Took over leading a software upgrade project and reduced overall schedule by 5 months and budget by $100K without affecting scope.- Won a 2006 Cargill Salt Diamond Crystal award for the electronic Bill of Lading project team

- Provided end-to-end technical support for OneWorld ERP system and associated applications throughout project & SDLC lifecycle, including server builds, software & hardware upgrades, overall hardware maintenance & monitoring, code development, builds, deployments, restorations, technical change management, and data migrations.- Project manager and technical lead for a disaster recovery initiative encompassing the OneWorld ERP and its ancillary systems, as well as for a comprehensive project involving server replacements and application migrations across 70 servers and 40 applications.

Served as a technical consultant in the medical device, retail, engineering, data storage, retail machine goods manufacturing, food manufacturing/distribution, real estate management, business-to-business consumable goods manufacturing/distribution, and computer chip storage manufacturing industries. - Supported successful 'go-lives' for 4 companies on OneWorld Xe, and installed/upgraded OneWorld Xe across Windows, AS/400, and Unix platforms for 20+ companies.- Designed and implemented technical change management systems and security systems, including a security model adopted by JD Edwards.
