In my ongoing role at Duco Digital, I support a range of digital marketing efforts, contributing to the enhancement of online strategies for businesses. My responsibilities include assisting with website development, bolstering social media efforts, supporting SEO optimisation, and contributing to the execution of paid advertising campaigns. I actively engage in crafting digital solutions that align with business goals, continuously providing essential support to strengthen our clients' digital presence.

As an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) for Distance Learning Programmes at Cambridge Regional College, I am dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of assessment and training. My role includes supporting and mentoring assessors, planning and conducting internal quality assurance activities, and ensuring compliance with Awarding Organisation and College quality assurance processes. I provide detailed feedback on assessments, participate in standardisation meetings, and ensure fair and consistent assessment practices. By maintaining comprehensive records of student progress and assessment outcomes, I help facilitate student success and uphold the College’s commitment to excellence.

I trained and coached learners on their Level 3 Digital Marketer and Level 3 Junior Content Producer apprenticeships. I provided one-on-one and group coaching sessions and online resources and support. I also developed and delivered training materials, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules.
