Working in a multi channel service centre for KPMG on behalf our client I was responsible for the coordination and management of learning workshops.Key achievements: - Introduced quality checks to the booking process to reduce errors and improve customer experience - Worked on the delivery of multiple process changes to manage learner queries - Took an active role in leading a small team when required - Applied an in-depth knowledge of process and learning curriculum to support the team and management

Monitor and track AML data issued from and received into the project team to support case review activity. Liaising with clients and colleagues,to gather and process necessary information in order for cases to be completed to expected business timeframes.
