■ Working with various Finance teams, analyse their existing processes and identify potential automation improvements;■ Once we have identified the improvements, I analyse the existing reports to identify how they are created, then I can analyse Snowflake to identify Views/Tables that are being used;■ Once the tables/views are identified, Custom SQL is written to streamline the data being returned to Tableau;■ Using the above we have changed several tasks from taking multiple days to complete, into automated outputs;■ Write documentation for each task completed, both design document and maintenance (in case changes are required);■ Provide ad-hoc training to multiple teams on Tableau Server, Tableau Web Editing, Tableau Desktop & Tableau Prep.

■ Management of the Global Admin Team;■ Consolidation of multiple Tableau environments into one server location;■ Responsible for build/maintenance of various scripts (Powershell, Python), to automate processes, such as backups, and also enable new functionality such as ad hoc extract refreshes (triggered externally upon a database finishing a refresh);■ Migration of consolidated Tableau Server out to Cloud Infrastructure (AWS);■ Maintenance and upgrading of the server and desktop portfolio to ensure that the business is kept as up to date as possible;■ Design/Implementation of a Licence Framework to ensure the business always had the suitable number of licences;■ Design and build of multiple administration dashboards, utilising various methods, Postgres, Python, GraphiQL, Metadata API, etc. to ensure we could get the necessary data required to analyse usage and target areas for improvement;■ Write guidance/ best practice policy documentation for use by the business;■ Provide ad-hoc training as required by the business;■ Provide assistance to the business when troubleshooting issues with dashboard not working (either Tableau or data source related).

■ Responsible for the consolidation of UUNW Water & Electricity’s inter-company trading transactions;■ Key point of contact for internal finance teams and auditors (Deloitte) in compiling the information necessary to enable the auditors to report on transfer pricing compliance to the regulators (OFGEM and OFWAT) each year;■ Performing audit reviews of internal finance teams transfer pricing files to ensure compliance with UUNW policies;■ GRIR clearance runs for UUNW Electricity and UUNW Water;■ Monitoring of the companies Profit Centre Accounting system;

■ Monitoring and investigating inter-company debt, including reconciliations, clearance and variance analysis;■ Preparation of the inter-company debt files for use by the business streams;■ Preparation of the non-regulated board report;■ Preparation of monthly transfer pricing analysis for inter-company sales and purchases;■ GRIR clearance runs;■ Completion and monitoring of cash reconciliations;■ Monitoring of the unallocated cash balances in debtors system (to ensure they are cleared);■ Dealing with audit queries, both internal and external.
