In this role I was managing the design, installation and commissioning of the integrated Security Management System on the Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment Project. This includes the installation & integration of new and existing Integriti, Avigilon, Aiphone, and other sub-systems. 300+ cameras and 400+ doors.

• In this role I led and managed projects related to Smart Infrastructure – Regional Solutions and Services including various upgrades to Transurban tunnel assets in QLD & NSW. As part of this I:
• Ensured alignment with the framework of group specific regulations and the PM@Siemens qualityframework
• Led the project within the defined time, budget, quality and customer requirements
• Managed contract variations, risk and opportunities, and ensured contractual technical requirements were met
• Actively contributed to the national Project Management Office repository and process improvements
