· Designed electrical drawings for daily changes made to the north east section of the electric grid · Implemented and processed TERM tickets using PJM’s database and by communicating with multiple departments within the company. These TERM tickets were changes that happened the same day. Changes would include fixing power lines, lowering voltage output, and installing new generators. · Accomplished quarterly bulk display corrections with the collaboration of various teams in the department. By doing this we were able to have a more updated representation of the electric grid for future work.
